Prometheus Teaser: Meet David 8, The Android
In this trailer for the upcoming Ridley Scott film, Prometheus, we are introduced to Michael Fassbender’s character, David 8, a synthetic in the vein of Bishop and Ash from Aliens and Alien.

Where Is Solomon Kane?
What in the Nine Rings of Hell has prevented the Solomon Kane film from being released on US Shores? It seems to have fared rather well on Rotten Tomatoes so what gives? I’ve been waiting for this film to be released at least directly on to video for several years now as it premiered in Europe back in 2009! Evidently, it will premiere here in The States next month. I’ll believe it when I see it.

Battle Pug of Dune
Never enter the fray without a Battle Pug!
Did I mention that I love pugs? And that I also love David Lynch’s Dune?
Whilst recently watching it, I couldn’t help but notice that there is a complete subplot involving Duke Leto Atreides Ducal Pug. I sat there worrying about what would become of the little guy as he kept popping up throughout the film and was delighted that he makes it to the very end. I would love to ask Lynch about this aspect of the movie. Was it his pug?
